You must be at least 18 years old to use Syva. The service is intended for adults making informed choices about their own appearance. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and that any face you submit is your own or belongs to an adult who has authorized the analysis.

Syva measures facial geometry, benchmarks it against reference distributions, and generates cosmetic and wellness information — scores, metrics, simulations, and improvement suggestions. It is an informational instrument, not a mirror of your value, and it does not represent a universal standard of beauty.

Syva does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a medical device. Analyses describe conformance to aesthetic norms; they are not an assessment of health. Always seek the advice of a licensed professional for any medical question or before undertaking any procedure. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When using Syva, you agree not to:

• Upload images of anyone under 18, or of a person who has not authorized the analysis.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to submit.
• Use the service to harass, demean, or rank other people.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Paid plans are billed on an annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. A one-time report is available as a single, non-recurring purchase.

• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues through the end of the paid term.
• Price changes — we will give reasonable notice of any change to recurring pricing before it takes effect.

The service, including its software, models, and design, is owned by Syva and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit, and you grant us the limited license needed to process them and provide the service to you.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Aesthetic measurements are estimates subject to the limitations described in our methodology, and results may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syva and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Syva harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, including submitting images you were not authorized to submit.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Syva is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
